Biography

Born on January 8, 1917 ( December 26, 1916 old style) in Tsarskoye Selo.

Father - Vasily Kharitonovich Nevdahov, was a colonel of the personal security of His Majesty Nicholas II . He graduated from Kharkov real school. In service since 05/27/1892. He graduated from the Odessa infantry cadet school on the 2nd category. 01/01/1886 promoted to second lieutenant with appointment to the 22nd Nizhny Novgorod Infantry Regiment. 11/30/1906 transferred to ALC (Separate Corps of Gendarmes) with renaming to headquarters. In 1910 sent to the palace commandant.
