Layari ( eng. Lyari Town ) - tehsil located in the central part of the Pakistani city of Karachi , the capital of Sindh province. Laiari is the smallest in terms of Karachi Tech , but also the most populous in the city.

Geographical position
Tehsil is bordered by the Sindh commercial and industrial zone along the River Lairi in the north, Jamshed and Saddar in the east, and Kayamari along the main port of Karachi in the west. Tehsil consists of 11 Allied Councils .
