Biography
Born on April 14 ( April 27 ), 1911 in Baku (now Azerbaijan ). By nationality Russian [1] .
Since 1934 he worked in the oil industry, was an engineer, the initial department of capital construction, the head of the office, the chief mechanic of the trust, the head of the technical department. In 1936, Apryatkin graduated from the Azerbaijan Oil Institute, after which he worked as manager of the Leninneft trust in Baku. In 1940 - 1946, he served as the head of Maykopneftekombinat, the manager of the Kokand trust Kalinineft, and the director of the Krasnodar oil refinery [2] .
In 1946, Apryatkin was appointed head of the Grozneft association in the city of Grozny [2] .
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1948. In 1957-1958 he was the first deputy chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic , in 1958-1966 he was the secretary, from January 1966 to July 1975 he was the first secretary of the Chechen-Ingush regional committee of the CPSU.
In 1966-1971 he was a member of the Central Committee of the CPSU . In 1971-1976 - candidate for membership in the Central Committee of the CPSU .
In July 1975, retired. He lived in Moscow . He died on February 12, 1977, was buried at the Troekurovsky cemetery [2] .
Member of the Council of Nationalities of the USSR Armed Forces of 7–9 convocations (1966–1979) from the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic [3] [4] [5] [6] . He was elected to the Supreme Council of the 9th convocation from the Staropromyslovsky constituency No. 671 of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, a member of the Mandate Commission of the Council of Nationalities [6] .

- Hero of Socialist Labor ( May 8, 1948 ) - for outstanding services in increasing oil production, developing petroleum products, exploring new oil fields and drilling oil wells [2] .
- Stalin Prize of the second degree (1949) - for the discovery and exploration of an oil field
