Geography

The settlement is located in the western part of Iki-Burulsky district and borders:

  • in the south-west - with the Stavropol Territory ;
  • in the west - with the Priyutnensky district ( Pervomaisky SMO );
  • in the north - with the Primanych SMO ;
  • in the east with Manychsky SMO ;
  • in the south - with the Zundatolga SMO .

As of 01.01.2012, the population of the SMO is 483 people or 4.3% of the population of Iki-Burulsky district. Most of the population lives in the village of Kevyuda - 78.9% of the population of the SMO (381 people). The population of Tsagan Tashu and Cordon is 50, respectively. (10.3%) and 52 people. (10.8%) [1] .
