Biography, family

Born in the village of Markovka, Vinnytsia Region , Ukrainian SSR on November 21, 1926. The family moved to the Leningrad Region of Tosno . In 1944, after the liberation of the territory from occupation, he went to the front. He fought on the Baltic front . He was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War II degree [1] Wife - Chudakovskaya (Kulik) Lyudmila Nikitichna (1930–2010), Honored Teacher, Excellence in Enlightenment of the USSR , daughter - Lyulina (Chudakovskaya) Natalya Mikhailovna, teacher.

He died in St. Petersburg from coronary heart disease in 1993.

Labor

From 1959 to 1990, he worked in the LNPO Avangard (NITI-18). He passed a labor path from a technician, and gradually leading more responsible production sectors, to the chief designer of the industry [2] . Repeatedly encouraged by awards ( Order of the Red Banner of Labor , Honorary Radio Operator of the USSR , Medal "Veteran of Labor" , etc.) [3] .

Scientific work

Working at the Leningrad Institute of Aviation Instrumentation [4] made a significant contribution to the development of microelectronics. In 1973 he defended his dissertation on the theme “Research and development of designs of means for protecting integrated hybrid specialized microcircuits from external influences”. [5] . The work addresses issues related to a comprehensive analysis of external influences, calculation and selection of case protection for microchips by the manufacturability of the housing and structural elements of microchips [6] . Almost all studies are based on production experience, or confirmed experimentally. He was awarded the USSR State Prize for his significant contribution to the development of science and technology [3] . He is the author and co-author of scientific and educational works [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] .

Inventive activity

In the process of his activity, Mikhail Pavlovich acted as a co-author of inventions [12] .

For the introduced invention, which was created after August 23, 1973, the breastplate was awarded to the Inventor of the USSR . Chudakovsky M. P. is the founder of the scientific direction for the development and use of microassemblies in the USSR [19] . Under his leadership, LNPO Avangard created a concept and developed normative and technical documentation for a new class of components for special microelectronics REA - microassemblies [20] . The basis of the idea of constructing a microassembly is the use of thin and thick film switching methods, shellless semiconductor devices, and functional electronics products in its design, in a single case [21] , which use the boundary principles of the implementation of the necessary function between electronic processes and other physical phenomena ( magnetoelectronics , optoelectronics , acoustoelectronics, cryoelectronics et al.) ideologically synthesized term " microassembly " meaningful character nized core technology - the "micro" and the instrumental color to reflect the technological accessories - the term "assembly".
