General Information
Eugenie is one of four children in the family of Michel Bouchard and Julie Leclair, she has a twin sister, Beatrice, as well as another sister - Charlotte and brother - William.

At the 2014 US Open, Bouchard did not enter the Grand Slam semifinal for the first time this season, losing to Ekaterina Makarova in the fourth round. At the end of September, she reached the final at the premiere tournament in Wuhan , defeating Carolina Wozniacki (6-2, 6-3) in the 1/2 final of No. 7 in the world.
