Club career
Isasi began his career in the Paraguayan Division Two team, Sport Colombia. Two years later, he moved to an even more modest club, Nueva Estrella, whose colors he defended for one and a half years. In 1994, Nestor moved to the capital " Guarani ". In 1996, he won examples with silver medals with his team.
In the summer of 1997, Isasi moved to the Brazilian " Sao Paulo ". Despite the lack of a place in the first team, in 1998 he won the Liga Paulista with the club.
