Club career
Leandro Dominguez hit the Vitoria youth system in 1995, he made the main team in 2001, having played several matches in a season. For the two seasons of 2004 and 2005, Vitoria flew first to Serie B , and then Serie C. It was in Series C in the 2006 season that Leandro Dominguez managed to prove himself, became the second scorer of the tournament and helped his team return to Serie B.
To pay off Vitoria’s debts, in 2007 Leandro Dominguez was sold to Cruzeiro . In May 2008, after disagreements with the coach, he returned to Vitoria on loan. In the future, was leased to Fluminense and again in Vitoria.
At the end of 2009, the player left Cruzeiro, as the club was not going to renew the contract with him. In 2010, he signed a contract with the Japanese club Kashiwa Reisol , who played in the second Jay league. In the same season, “Kashiwa” achieved a class increase, and the following year became the champion of Japan . Leandro was the team's top scorer that season and was named Player of the Year in Japan.
On June 8, 2014, the Brazilian moved to another Jay League club " Nagoya Grampus ".
