Biography
Ishmay Ishtubaevich Ishkinin was born in the village of Ishimovo, now in the Mishkinsky district of Bashkiria, into a peasant family.
Mariets. Member of the CPSU (b) / CPSU since 1948. He graduated from 5 classes, worked on a collective farm.
In the Red Army in 1936-1938 and from February 1943 . Drafted by the city military commissariat of the city of Ulan-Ude. In the battles of World War II from April 1943.
He graduated from the Poltava Infantry School in 1944.
Junior Lieutenant Ishkinin distinguished himself in battles for the city of Königsberg (Kaliningrad).
Since 1946, Lieutenant Ishkinin is in stock. He lived and worked in his native village.
He died on August 2, 1964. He was buried in the village of Baimurzino, Mishkinsky district, Bashkiria [1] .
Feat
“On April 7, 1945, with one of his fighters, he blocked one of the fort’s casemates on the outskirts of the city and blew it up. Destroyed 4 easel machine guns and dozens of Nazis. Continuing the further assault on the fort, I.I. Ishkinin personally destroyed 8 Germans with grenades.
On April 8, 1945, with a swift attack, his platoon took possession of the house at the intersection of streets, from which the enemy fired intensive machine-gun fire. During the storming of this house by a platoon of I. I. Ishkinin, 50 German soldiers were destroyed and 24 captured. ”
The title of Hero of the Soviet Union with the awarding of the Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medal (No. 6251) was assigned to the second lieutenant Ishkin Ishmai Ishtubaevich by Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the USSR of April 19, 1945 [2] [3] .
