Karasay ( Kazakh. Karasai ) is a village in the Irgiz district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Kumtugai rural district. The KATO code is 156839300 [1] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 305 people (159 men and 146 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 244 people lived in the village (128 men and 116 women) [2] .
