- - with a free part - a quadrangle adjacent from the inside to the upper edge of the coat of arms of the village of Uspenskoye with reproduced figures from the coat of arms of the Tver region.

Justification of Symbols
The symbolism of the figures of the coat of arms of a rural settlement is ambiguous:
- - a trefoil (pectoral) cross - personifies the Trinity Church in the village of Glebovo (built under the leadership of Prince Yakov Petrovich Gagarin and consecrated in 1824) and other churches (St. Michael's Church in Shchapovo, Transfiguration Church in Boyne) located on the territory of the settlement;
- - seagulls - a symbol of spirit, flight, freedom. Seagulls flocking to the cross symbolically reflect a significant part of the population of the rural settlement, former officers who settled with their families on these lands after military service in military towns (units) located on the territory of the settlement.
Azure is a symbol of exalted aspirations, sincerity, devotion, rebirth.
Silver is a symbol of purity, openness, divine wisdom, reconciliation.
Gold is a symbol of the highest value, greatness, wealth, and harvest.
The coat of arms was developed by the Union of Heraldists of Russia .
The coat of arms was created by the team of authors: the idea of the coat of arms is Konstantin Mochenov (Khimki), the artist and computer design is Oksana Afanasyeva (Moscow); justification of symbolism - Vyacheslav Mishin (Khimki).
