Kennoch

Mohoyemok (died c. 656 ) is a holy abbot from Limokevog . Memorial Day - March 13th .

The Holy Mochoemoc, or Kennoch, or Mo-Chaomhog, Mochaemhog, or Pulcherius , or Vulcanius was born in Manster , Ireland . He was raised by his aunt, St. Ita ( Ita , Comm. 15 January ). He studied with St. Comgall (Comgall, May 11 ) in the monastery of Bangor , County Down , where he began his monastic life.

St. Komgall sent St. Kennoche to Arderin to set up a house there. Later, St. Mohejemok founded a large monastery in Limokevog (Leamokevoge, or Liath-Mochoemoc, or Liath-mor) in the county of Tipperary , around which a large city arose, bearing the name of the saint.
