Koptogay ( Kaz. Kөptoғai ) is a village in the Khromtau district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Tabantal Rural District. The KATO code is 156049400 [1] .

In 1999, the rural population was 253 people (141 men and 112 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 91 people lived in the village (51 men and 40 women) [2] .
