Kumzhargan ( Kaz. Құmzharғan ) is a village in the Mugalzhar district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Kumzhargan rural district. The KATO code is 154851400 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 386 people (183 men and 203 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 296 people lived in the village (151 men and 145 women) [2] .
