Kotibar ( kaz. Kөtibar , until 2000 - Shevchenko [1] ) - an aul in the Mugalzhar district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Akkemir rural district. The KATO code is 154833600 [2] .

In 1999, the population of the aul was 298 people (150 men and 148 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census , 238 people lived in the aul (126 men and 112 women) [3] .
