Aksay ( Kaz. Aқsay , until 1993 - Perelyubovka) - a village in the Temir district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center and the only settlement of the Aksai rural district. The KATO code is 155632100 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 1173 people (607 men and 566 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 1,002 people lived in the village (524 men and 478 women) [3] .
