Geography
The village is located on the Ozerka River.
History
The village got its name from the name created by the union of the warriors with the local Vyatky people, the settlement “Hidden Place”, which over time for the sake of brevity became known as “Hidden”, and then - “Covered” and, finally, adopted the current name “Kritovo”.
It is known in 1412.
In 1834, a stone church with three altars was built.
In Kritovo there was a zemstvo hospital with an outpatient clinic.

- 1850 - 137 peasants and 30 domestic souls
- 1918 - 115 courtyards in which at least 805 people lived
