Biography

Born July 3 (15), 1895 . Russian, non-partisan , graduated from 7 classes of a real school . From September 1913 to April 1917 he studied at the Marine Engineering School . In 1918, the manufacturer of the works of the General Directorate of Shipbuilding. In 1919, the chief engineer of the North Dvina military port. In 1920, the head of the technical department of the Arkhangelsk military port. In 1921, a ship engineer of the ship-raising department of the North Sea Naval Forces. In 1922, head of the diving and rescue party of the Arkhangelsk military port, then head of the lighthouse and technical unit of the Office for the Safety of Navigation in the North. In 1924, assistant to the head of the shipbuilding department of the Main Directorate of Naval Forces of the Red Army . In 1925 lecturer at the All-Russian Military Research University . In 1926, head of the 1st department of the 2nd (technical) administration of the RKKF .

In June 1931 he was appointed senior member of the acceptance of the Leningrad group of the Standing Commission on the acceptance of ships. On October 4, 1932, deputy head of the 4th Directorate of the Navy of the Red Army, then deputy head of the Shipbuilding Directorate of the Naval Administration of the Red Army.

Repression

January 13, 1931 arrested and March 3 dismissed from the fleet. [1] May 1, 1931 released and reinstated in frames. [2]

Arrested again on July 22, 1937 . Sentenced by the VKVS of the USSR on September 21, 1937 on charges of participating in a counter-revolutionary terrorist organization to the BMN . [3] Shot on the day of sentencing in the territory of the Don crematorium and buried in the Don cemetery [4] . Rehabilitated posthumously VKVS USSR on September 8, 1956 . [five]
