Kubasai ( Kazakh. Құbasai ) is a village in the Uilsky district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Karaoysky rural district. The KATO code is 155237300 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 163 people (98 men and 65 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 122 people lived in the village (74 men and 48 women) [2] .
