Kiya is a river flowing in the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan and in the Orenburg region of Russia . The right tributary of the Kiyaly-Burtia river.

Geography
The Kiya River originates north of the village of Shevchenko, Aktobe region. Flowing west. The Russian-Kazakh border passes along the river in the upper and lower reaches. On the river is the border Kazakh village of Kiya . The Kiya river flows into the Kiyaly-Burtia river near the aul Borte (formerly the village of Student). The mouth of the river is 36 km on the right bank of the Kiyaly-Burtia river. The river is 42 km long.

According to the state water register of Russia, it belongs to the Ural Basin District , the water sector of the Ural River from the city of Orsk to the confluence of the Sakmara River , there is no river sub-basin - the Sub-basin. The river basin is the Urals (the Russian part of the basin) [2] .
