Register of payment system operators - a list of payment system operators, which is created and maintained by the Bank of Russia in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated June 27, 2011 N161-ФЗ “On the National Payment System”.
After January 1, 2013, payment systems should not function in Russia if their operators are not included in the registry.
Payment systems registered in the registry are required to comply with the standards and conditions of customer service established by the Bank of Russia.
As of April 30, 2019, the registry has 51 entries about payment system operators, of which 32 are active (not excluded).
The registry does not contain a record of the MIR payment system and its operator NSPK , because they are created by virtue of Russian legislation.
