Aliya ( Kazakh: Әlia ayuly , until 2005 - Alpaysay) - an aul in the Khobdinsky district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center of the Bulak rural district. The KATO code is 154239100 [1] .

Population
In 1999, the population of the village was 1103 people (560 men and 543 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 1,001 people (480 men and 521 women) lived in the aul [2] .
