Viktor Krupa ( Slovak: Viktor Krupa ; born December 23, 1936 , Nove Mesto nad Wagom , First Czechoslovak Republic ) is a famous Slovak orientalist and translator. Specialist in the field of Japanese studies and culture of Oceania .
Biography
In 1990-2006, he was the head of the Orientalism cabinet of the Slovak Academy of Sciences .
During the scientific work, he made several long overseas business trips, including to the Hawaiian Islands and New Zealand .
Among the works of V. Krupa, many were published in Russian.
