Tho ( Thổ ) is the north-western subgroup of Vietnamese languages, which is a dialectal continuum of the Vietnamese group of Mon-Khmer languages spoken by people of the same name . In 1999, there were about 68,400 tho carriers [1] . Carriers reside mainly in the north of the province of Ngean .
