Kumsay ( Kazakh. Kmsay , until 2009 - Novosergeevka [1] ) - a village in the Alginsky district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Karakhobdinsky rural district.

Population
In 1999, the village population was 435 people (213 men and 222 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census , 226 people lived in the village (112 men and 114 women) [2] .
