Bulaksay ( Kazakh. Bulasay , until 2010 - Lokhvitskoe [1] ) - the abolished village in the Alginsky district of the Aktobe region of Kazakhstan . He was part of the Akai rural district. It was liquidated in 2012 [2] . The KATO code is 153239200 [3] .

Population
In 1999, the population of the village was 210 people (112 men and 98 women) [4] . According to the 2009 census , 30 people lived in the village (14 men and 16 women) [4] .
