Geography
It was located on the right bank of the Fortanga River , at the source of the Meredji River, at the foot of the Korelam Ridge. The nearest settlements: in the north-west (upstream of the Fortanga ) - the village of Dattykh , in the north-east (downstream of the Fortanga ) - the village of Gandalbos , in the west - the village of Meredji , in the east - the village of Yalkhoroy [4] [5] .
