Zumurrud ( lat. and English. Zumurrud ) - 21-km impact crater on the surface of the moon of Saturn - Enceladus . The coordinates of the center are [1] This crater is the tenth largest on Enceladus , with a diameter of 21 km [1] . The crater was discovered in 2005 on images of the Cassini-Huygens spacecraft. The pictures taken by the station told a lot about the geology of the crater. So, a large domed structure occupies the inner part of the crater. It represents its central slide (resulting from surface relaxation after an impact). There are canyons several hundred meters deep in the crater. In addition, numerous faults, as well as several craters, were found on the walls of the crater. The name of the crater was approved in 2006 [1] .
