Gribovo is a village of the Ogarkovsky rural settlement of the Rybinsk district of the Yaroslavl region [1] .

The village is located on the right bank of the Volgotnia river. Among the villages following a continuous sequence in the lower reaches of this river, Gribovo is the upper stream. Below Gribovo on the same bank of the river at a distance of about 700 m stands the village of Olgino , and on the left, opposite - Stepankovo . The village is located far east of the village of Volkovo , located on the P104 highway in the Rybinsk - Poshekhonye section , to which a country road about 4.5 km long leads through the Olgino, Barshchinka , Makarovo roads on the right bank of the Volgotni. In the direction southeast of the village, at a distance of about 1.7 km there is a highway from Rybinsk to Arefino .
The village is indicated on the plan of the General land survey of the Rybinsk district in 1792 as the Village of Gribova .
As of January 1, 2007, 1 permanent resident was registered in the village [2] . The village is served by a post office in Volkovo . According to postal data, there are 4 houses in the village [3] .
