Biography

For a long time Ruslan Gritsan was engaged in winter orienteering . Already at the junior competitions he complied with the standards of an international master of sports .

In adult competitions, he three times became the world champion in the relay. And in 2005, he won individual gold in the middle distance. In 2005, he was awarded the title Honored Master of Sports of Russia .

In the mid-2000s, he focused on cycling . Here he is lucky - nine times he went up to the highest step of the podium of the world championships. Also, several times he becomes the winner of world championships. In 2009, he became the European Champion.
