Fieldrunners 2

Fieldrunners 2 has 25 levels available in 4 different locations. At the beginning of each level, the player must choose up to 6 types of towers and up to 3 types of auxiliary devices with which he will stop the invaders. Also in the game for each level 3 levels of difficulty are available: normal (casual), difficult (tough) and heroic (heroic). As in any other game of this genre, players have to buy towers and put them in the path of running enemies ^[2] .

Several types of cards are available:

Survival A classic mode for tower defense games. It is necessary to destroy enemies by any means available. The game ends when the number of successfully escaped opponents reaches 20. The strength of the opponents depends on the level of difficulty of the card.

Sudden Death ( Sudden Death ) It is required to kill a certain number of enemies (depending on the level of difficulty). The game ends when the number of successfully escaped opponents reaches three.

Puzzles ( Puzzle Maps ) The task is to use the limited number of towers to correct the enemy’s path so that it is destroyed by an existing obstacle (laser, mine). The game ends when all the puzzles are solved or when the number of successfully escaped opponents reaches a certain value, which depends on the difficulty level.

Time Trial It is required to kill a certain number of enemies (depending on the difficulty level) in a limited time. The game ends when time runs out.

The difficulty level affects not only the strength of the enemies and the conditions of defeat, but also the number of stars (1 for casual, 2 for tough and 3 for heroic) and coins that the player will receive in case of successful passage. For coins in Fieldrunners 2, you can purchase both auxiliary devices (mines, frosts, etc.), and open new towers, of which there are as many as 25 varieties in the game. Earned stars automatically unlock new types of towers.
