Shkolny ( Fin. Huunolansaari ) is an island in the northeastern part of the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic Sea near Vyborg Bay . The island is a popular holiday destination. There is no resident population on the island, the nearest settlement is the urban settlement of Sovetsky .
