"Carrying horses" ( Jap. 奔馬 ) - a novel by the Japanese writer Yukio Mishima , published in 1969 and representing the second part of the tetralogy of the " Sea of abundance ."

Between June 1932 and December 1933, he tells the story of young Isao Yinum, brought up by his father according to the rules of the samurai code. Isao becomes the instigator of the conspiracy to overthrow zaibatsu. His plans include the simultaneous murder of prominent members of the government, the date is scheduled for December 3. One of the main characters of the first part of the “Sea of Plenty” tetralogy, Honda Sigekuni, appears in the work as a judge and a lawyer who wants to save Isao, observing in him the same inner impulses as in himself.
