Altai ( Kazakh. Altai ) is a village in the Shortandy district of the Akmola region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Novokubansky rural district. It is located about 17 km south-west of the center of the village of Shortandy . The KATO code is 116843200 [1] .

Population
In 1999, the population of the village was 180 people (102 men and 78 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census, 143 people lived in the village (80 men and 63 women) [2] .
