Aegid Quirin Azam (September 1, 1692 - April 29, 1750) - German sculptor and interior decorator of the late Baroque period.

Born in Tegernsee , Bavaria . He studied sculpture with his father. He worked mainly with his brother, architect and artist Cosmas Damian Azam . In the middle of his life he settled in Munich, died in Mannheim .
One of his most famous works is the Munich Church of Azamkirche , one of the most significant architectural structures of South German Late Baroque . Among other works (mainly in Bavaria) - decoration of church interiors in Rohr , 1717-23, and Freising ( Freising Cathedral ), 1723; the construction of the Church of the Benedictine Monks in Veltenburg, 1716-21, work in the Abbey of St. Emmeram and the interior of the Cathedral of St. James in Innsbruck.
