Geography
The village is located 31 km south-east of Gus-Khrustalny , railway station Zakolpye on the Moscow - Murom line .
History
The parish church in the village was first built in 1879. The stone church was built on funds raised from various persons in 1892. The throne in it was one - in honor of the Exaltation of the Life-giving Cross of the Lord. In the village of Grigoriev, there was a parochial school attached to the church; there were 42 pupils in 1897 [2] .
Before the revolution as a part of Zakolpsky volost of Melenkovsky district .
In the years of Soviet power - the central estate of the collective farm "Dawn".
