Ulytogan ( Kaz. Ulytokan ) is a village in the Bulandy district of the Akmola region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Nikolsky rural district. It is located about 38 km south of the center of Makinsk . The KATO code is 114045200 [1] .

In 1999, the village population was 248 people (123 men and 125 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census, 79 people (43 men and 36 women) lived in the village [2] .
