Population
In 1999, the population of the village was 847 people (403 men and 444 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census, 680 people lived in the village (329 men and 351 women) [2] .
Famous residents
Skuridin, Ivan Kupriyanovich (1914-1944) - participant of the Great Patriotic War, Hero of the Soviet Union; died, closing the embrasure of the bunker.
