Tara is a civilian airport of local airlines in the Tarsky district of the Omsk Region , 2 km west of the city of Tara and 208 km north of the border of the city of Omsk . It began to function in the early 1930s. [1] Designed for basing and performing flights by civil aviation aircraft , as well as performing parachute jumps .
