Biography
Born on March 1, 1923 in the city of Lyubim (now - Yaroslavl Region ) in a working-class family.
From 1926 he lived with his family in Alapayevsk , from 1934 - in Perm . In 1940 he graduated from high school, after which he entered the Faculty of Ferrous Metals of the Ural Industrial Institute (now the Ural Federal University ). In November 1941, a student of the 2nd year Dyshinsky was drafted into the Red Army and sent to serve in the 1271st building construction column in the city of Kamensk-Uralsky [1] . In March 1942 he was enrolled in the school of junior commanders, from which he was sent to the Tallinn Infantry School, evacuated to Tyumen . In September of the same year, the cadets of the students who failed to study at school were hastily sent to the front. From October 1942 - on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War. Participated in the Battle of Stalingrad , was wounded. After recovery, he was transferred to reconnaissance. Participated in the Battle of Kursk , the liberation of the Ukrainian SSR . By the fall of 1943, Guards Junior Lieutenant Vladimir Dyshinsky commanded a reconnaissance platoon of the 96th Guards Separate Intelligence Agency of the 92nd Guards Rifle Division of the 37th Army of the Steppe Front . Distinguished during the battle for the Dnieper [2] .
On the night of September 29-30, 1943, the Dyshinsky reconnaissance group crossed the Dnieper near the village of Derievka, Onufrievsky district of the Kirovograd region of the Ukrainian SSR, and silently occupied a springboard , destroying the enemy’s machine gunners. The actions of the group contributed to the successful crossing of the main forces. Continuing the task, the group went to the rear of the enemy and captured the valuable "language", and then delivered it to headquarters. Subsequently, during the fighting on the bridgehead, the Dyshinsky group repeatedly went to the enemy rear. So, on October 16, Dyshinsky ambushed and captured a German motorcyclist. On the night of the same day, he captured another “language” [2] .
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of December 20, 1943, for the exemplary execution of command assignments and the shown courage and heroism in battles with the German invaders, the guard lieutenant Vladimir Dyshinsky was awarded the high title of Hero of the Soviet Union . The Order of Lenin and the Gold Star medal who received the rank of lieutenant Dyshinsky did not have time to receive, since on February 22, 1944, he died in a battle for the dam of the Krivoi Rog power station. He was buried in the square in Krivoy Rog , a monument was erected at the grave [2] .
He was also awarded the Order of the Patriotic War , 1st degree and the Red Star , the medal "For the Defense of Stalingrad." [2] .
In honor of Dyshinsky named street in Krivoy Rog [3] [2] , as well as in the Sverdlovsk region of the city of Perm .
