Guala Bicchieri, Can. Reg. Di S. Pietro Of Pavia , his name is also written as Jacopo, Giacomo, his last name as Beccaria ) - Catholic church leader of the XII century. At the Consistory of 1205, he was proclaimed Cardinal Deacon with the title of Church of Santa Maria in Portico Octavia . In 1211 he became a cardinal priest with the title Church of Santi Silvestro e Martino . He participated in the election of the pope in 1216 ( Honorius III ) and 1227 ( Gregory IX ). [2]
