Telman ( Kaz. Telman ) - a village in the Atbasar district of the Akmola region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Telman rural district. It is located about 18 km southeast of the center of Atbasar . The KATO code is 113863100 [1] .

Population
In 1999, the population of the village was 623 people (309 men and 314 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census, 754 people lived in the village (365 men and 389 women) [2] . In 1989, 77% of the villagers were Germans [3] .
