Kamenka ( Kaz. Kamenka ) - a village in the Astrakhan district of the Akmola region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center and the only settlement of the Kamensky rural district. It is located about 51 km southeast of the center of the village of Astrakhan . The KATO code is 113641100 [1] .

Geography
The village is located on the left bank of the Ishim River .
Population
In 1999, the village population was 1023 people (494 men and 529 women) [2] . According to the 2009 census, 863 people lived in the village (442 men and 421 women) [2] . In 1989, 55% of the village population were Germans [3] .
History
The settlement arose as a settlement for special settlers (labor settlement No. 10) as part of KarLAG .
