Azat ( Kazakh. Azat , until 2007 - Ivanovskoye [1] ) - village in Akkol district of Akmola region of Kazakhstan . The administrative center and the only settlement of the Ivanovo rural district. Located about 42 km east of the city center of Akkol . The KATO code is 113239100 [2] .

In 1999, the population of the village was 1,478 people (776 men and 702 women) [3] . According to the 2009 census, 1,152 people (577 men and 575 women) lived in the village [3] .
