Akbulak ( Kaz. Aқbұlaұ , until 2007 - Michurino [1] ) is a village [2] in the Arshaly district of the Akmola region of Kazakhstan . It is part of the Akbulaksky rural district. It is located about 6 km south-west of the center of the village of Arshaly . The KATO code is 113431100 [3] .

In 1999, the population of the aul was 819 people (398 men and 421 women) [4] . According to the 2009 census, 808 people lived in the aul (391 men and 417 women) [4] .
