Zhao Xiaolei (born August 3, 1966 in Heilongjiang , China ) is a former Chinese ice skater who performed ice dancing with Xi Hongyan , and then with Liu Luyang , the 1986 Asian Winter Games champion .

Sports Biography
Zhao's first partner was a young Chinese woman, Xi Hongyan . Together with her, Zhao participated in the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo . However, the Chinese pair failed to show high results. Following three performances, Zhao and Xi took the last 19th place.
Starting next season, Zhao Xiaolei began to perform in tandem with Liu Luyang . At the 1985 World Cup, the Chinese couple took 18th place, ahead of the pair from Australia. In 1986, the first ever Asian Winter Games were held in Sapporo . In ice dancing competitions, Zhao and Liu became champions. In 1988, a Chinese couple took part in the Calgary Winter Olympics . According to the results of the competition, Zhao and Liu took 19th place.
