Walk is the second single of the American rock band Foo Fighters from their seventh studio album Wasting Light (2011). The song was written by Dave Grohl , produced by Butch Vig and in the summer of 2011 she led several rock charts in the USA , the UK and Canada [1] [2] . February 12, 2012 in Los Angeles, the song won in two nominations of the Grammy 2012 Award : "Best Rock Song" and "Best Performance of Rock Composition" [3] .

History
The release of the song took place on June 6, 2011 on rock radio without output on physical media (without CD); conducted only digital distribution on the Internet. The single with the song topped several rock charts in the USA , UK and Canada , including US Alternative Songs ( Billboard ) and US Rock Songs ( Billboard ) [1] [2] .
The music video of the song was released on June 2, 2011. The director was Sam Jones; the clip was created under the strong influence of the 1993 American film. Falling Down [4] is enough for me . In 2011, the video won the MTV VMA award in the Best Rock Video category at the 2011 MTV VMA Ceremony [5] .
