Story
Members of the student Marxist circle who participated in protests against the Korean War and the signing of the Japan-US Security Treaty gather to celebrate the wedding of their comrades Nodzawa and Reiko. Congratulations and wishes follow one after another until unexpected guests appear on the doorstep - former activists who broke up with the group because of political and personal disagreements. They accuse the present leaders of the organization of forgetting their beliefs and ideals for a comfortable life, of betraying their comrades in the struggle. The triumph is replaced by a heated debate about the problems that have remained unresolved all these years ...
