Population
According to the statistical compilation "Rural settlements of the Yaroslavl region on January 1, 2007", 10 people live in the village of Kozlovo [1] . According to the topographic map for 1973, 12 people lived in the village [3] .
Geography
The village is located south of the regional center of Bolshoye Selo , on the left western bank of the Moloksha River, the left tributary of Yukhoti . A small stream flows through the northern outskirts of the village, the tributary of Moloksha, which separates the village of Deserts . Opposite Kozlovo, on the right bank of the Moloksha, stands the village of Vysokovo , through which along the right bank of the Molokshi there is a road to the Big Village. Upstream Kozlovo, 4 km to the south is the village of Berezino , and 2 km to the north, downstream the village of Baskachi , through them on the left bank of the Molokshi there is a country road. The villages of Kozlovo and Deserts stand on a small field surrounded by forests. In the swampy forests west of Kozlov is the source of the Lead River and several of its tributaries [3] .
