Population
According to the statistical compilation “Rural settlements of the Yaroslavl region as of January 1, 2007”, there are no permanent residents in the village of Kleshnino [1] .
Geography
The village is located 3 km south of the regional center of Bolshoye Selo , on the right bank of the Sderich River , the left tributary of Yukhoti . On the banks of Sderich, as a whole, in the forested and sparsely populated region there is a compact group of villages. Upstream Kleshnino, 1 km to the south is the village of Babukovo , and from the north downstream to Kleshnino the village of Serkovskaya is practically adjacent, separated from Kleshnino by a small stream that flows into Sdericha on the right. On the opposite bank of the river, a little upstream opposite Kleshnino stands the village of Bakhmatovo . All the named villages stand on one small field surrounded by forests [3] .
